Songs of Petrichor is exactly what it sounds like: Petrichor gorgeously means ‘the smell of rain’. SOP takes you through a journey of rain-induced nostalgia, memories, strong emotions, relish and melancholy. While taking influence from a diverse and broad set of genres, SOP manages to find its own voice and build its unique but relatable sound. The band was founded by foreigners living in Jeddah.
